Strawberry Coconut Bliss Bites

Equipment:
Food processor
Parchment paper
Cookie sheet
Spoon
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of oats
1/2 a cup of coconut flakes
10 medium sized dates
1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries
For coating:
1/3 a cup of blended freeze dried strawberries (optional).
1/3 a cup of coconut flakes (optional).

Steps:
Put your oats, dates, coconut flakes, and strawberries into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
Scoop out some of your mixture and roll it into 1 inch wide balls.
Roll your bliss balls in your coating and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for two hours.
Serve.

Tip: Store your bliss balls in an airtight, BPA FREE container in the refrigerator.
