Strawberry Coconut Bliss Bites

Equipment:

  1. Food processor

  2. Parchment paper

  3. Cookie sheet

  4. Spoon


Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/3 cups of oats

  2. 1/2 a cup of coconut flakes

  3. 10 medium sized dates

  4. 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries


For coating:

  1. 1/3 a cup of blended freeze dried strawberries (optional).

  2. 1/3 a cup of coconut flakes (optional).

Steps:

  1. Put your oats, dates, coconut flakes, and strawberries into the food processor and pulse until smooth.

  2. Scoop out some of your mixture and roll it into 1 inch wide balls.

  3. Roll your bliss balls in your coating and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  4. Refrigerate for two hours.

  5. Serve.

Tip: Store your bliss balls in an airtight, BPA FREE container in the refrigerator.
