Hi! I'm Shan.

I'm a caterer turned stay at home mom. I also run a low sodium seasoning company from home called Reckless Flavor. I'm a coffee drinking, Law & Order watching, lactating mom. I like to think I'm in the top 5 funniest people on earth. My favorite movie is Ratatouille and my favorite snack ever is dark chocolate. I'm a wife to my amazing husband Melvin and together we raise our 2 year old son and 4 year old American Bully.
